REFUND POLICY

 

We want you to be happy. If for any reason we deliver a service or product that has not met your expectations, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate the situation further and resolve any issues.


RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

How to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product.

 

If your item is NOT personalised:

 

If already received, repackage the item up and send it back to us at the stated returns address within 14 days of receiving the item and letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.

Once we (Bubbles & Bond) receive the item we will process the refund directly to your payment card, provided that the item arrives with us undamaged and in a resaleable condition.

Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to the us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.


If your item is personalised:

 

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:

  • Anything that’s made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element. 
  • Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like envelope messages or bespoke spa itineraries 
  • Personal items sold with a hygiene seal where the seal is broken

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of our product personalisations, It is not possible for us to offer refunds for cancellations made less than two (2) hours after the time of order. 

 

HOME SPA EXPERIENCES 


By entering into these Terms you acknowledge that there is no automatic right to a refund where you wish to cancel your order. 


1.1 If you wish to cancel your subscription all requests must be sent by email to spaconcierge@bubblesandbond.com. Bubbles & Bond require two (2) full working days notice in order to cancel your Delivery in all instances.
1.2  If you notify us that you wish to cancel at least three full working days before your delivery, Bubbles & Bond will cancel your order and refund a maximum of the full amount paid by you (less card admin charges) 

AMENDMENTS TO ORDERS AND PRICING

All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) at the current prices. With the nature of our business, currency fluctuations and fuel prices, changes are frequent and unpredictable therefore we may have to adjust our pricing to reflect cost changes on our operations side.

Where an item is unavailable, Bubbles & Bond will contact you regarding the substitution of products, an alternative will be supplied and upon delivery, you will be made aware of unavailable items and their substitutes prior to receiving the item. 

All amendments to placed orders must be completed three working days prior ro the delivery day.

 

DELIVERY

Please see Delivery for full details of the delivery service that we provide. We endeavour to provide a delivery service to the whole of the UK, but there may be some exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
All orders will be delivered to the address provided. Please understand that third party providers may opt to deliver to a safe place or neighbour. These circumstances are out of our hands - but we will work with the chosen delivery company to track your orders and contact your via email or on the telephone number you provided. It is your responsibility to ensure you are available at this number. 


If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions, supplier failure, courier service disruptions / strikes, vehicle breakdown, traffic, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this causes. We will not charge you for products that we have not delivered in accordance with these terms and conditions.

 


You are responsible to inspect your delivery when you receive it. If there are any defects, you may notify us using the contact details on our website. If you do not let us know within 3 hours of delivery, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase.
