All our products have been carefully chosen based on their cruelty-free, organic and naturally derived ingredients. However, we do advise to check each unique product ingredient personally to ensure they are suitable to your specific skin type prior to use.

All our orders are sent tracked delivery. At check out you can choose standard delivery which is free for all UK orders, and our packages are usually delivered within 2-5 working days. Alternatively, you can elect express delivery, which is guaranteed delivery within 2 working days.

Yes, we can include two itineraries for separate individuals. Our home spa packs have been created to share individually or together & have been carefully curated to ensure you receive the full experience. If two individuals would like different home spa experiences, we can of course customise two itineraries. Contact our spa concierge via email to organise this bespoke service when ordering.

We are currently working with our third party drivers to offer nominated delivery days. In the meantime, we are able to hold your order back for despatch to arrive as close to your chosen delivery day as possible. Contact our concierge to organise a special despatch for a nominated delivery day.

Due to the nature of our product personalisations, It is sometimes not possible for us to offer refunds for cancellations made less than two to three (2-3) hours after the time of order.

If we haven't started the personalisation process, we are more than happy to look at cancelling and refunding your order. Please contact us at to organise the cancellation of your order.

All our deliveries are sent via tracked delivery. You should have received a unique tracking link for your home spa order. If the tracking hasn't updated since you received the shipping confirmation e-mail, contact our spa concierge via the contact form or e-mail us at

Due to the bespoke nature of our packages, our spa concierge have been delicately trained to ensure each unique order is checked and despatched with the specific items chosen. Each order is sent with a 'Handpicked and Personalised' note on the outer packaging. This is sent to the nominated recipient at the Shipping address. If for any reason, you believe your order is addressed incorrectly, contact our spa concierge who will be able to assist in organising a prompt resolution.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, and with each order carefully personalised to your requirements, we are unable to offer refunds on any home spa experiences that have been heavily customised.

If your home spa kit hasn't been personalised and you are unhappy for any reason, please contact our home spa concierge within 14 days of receiving the item to organise a return.

We take extra precautionary measures to ensure your gift boxes arrive with care, and have carefully selected our third party couriers based on their handling of our packages. However, in some exceptional cases our parcels may be damaged in transit.
